Beneteau Oceanis 62:
Luxury Plus a Mechanical Crew
The Oceanis Yacht 62 is designed for the owner who loves to sail in comfort, entertain friends on day-boat outings, and cruise far and wide with plenty of creature comforts with as many as three couples aboard. She is also intended to be sailed short-handed, and that includes when there is a boat load of landlubbers aboard. Her tall mast and asymmetrical spinnaker give her good light-air performance. She comes standard with powered self-tailing winches for sheets, halyards, and other lines, plus roller furling headsail and mainsail, which eliminates mainsail dousing hassle, and allows sail to be shortened easily.

Leopard 51 PC:
Extended Range at Displacement Speeds
The Leopard 51 PC had near linear fuel consumption in our tests, like many power cats, but Captain Steve found her twin 370-hp Yanmars ran best at 3000 rpm, which produced about 17 knots and a range around 300 NM. Top speed at 3800 rpm was 23.2 knots. For extended cruising, dropping the speed to 1500 rpm and 8.2 knots extends the range to over 1025 NM. Note this is with combined fuel tankage of just 396 gallons (1,499 L)—she’s not a fuel hog, compared to many yachts with similar accommodations.

Riviera Belize 66:
Luxury in a Seaworthy Cruiser
The Belize 66 reminds us of a high-end sports car where no expense was spared to get every detail just right. Riviera has packed this yacht full of some of the most compelling amenities in this size range and type – and she should appeal to people who want something different, yet not over the top. She is intended and built for serious cruising, has a tender garage, and is available in both three and four stateroom layouts. She is luxurious from stem to stern, and can be personalized to fit the proclivity of nearly any owner.

Sirena 58:
Max Cube Has Advantages
The Sirena 58 features lots of deck space everywhere on the boat, even on her swim platform which is wider than her beam. A near vertical plumb bow provides the room for one of the best forward cabins on the market. Her salon is surrounded in glass, and there is even a crew cabin in the stern. Her narrow forefoot slices through waves and does not pound, and because her superstructure and top hamper are made of carbon fiber, her CG is lowered for greater stability.

Greenline 48 Fly:
Advantages of Solar Power
The most noticeable feature of the Greenline 48 exterior is the photovoltaic panels integrated into the coachroof, which feed a 600-watt, 12-volt solar battery charge management system. The panels can power one A/C unit, the refrigerator and other systems on sunny days. Left on a mooring with the A/C off, she can power the fridge and other accessories while her owners are ashore. The company says the hull incorporates some of the properties of a modern sail boat hull at displacement speeds, allowing her to take full advantage of the optional electric motor, which can push the yacht at 4 to 5 knots for up to 20 NM. Her standard diesel engines will drive her up to 30 knots, says her builder.
