Ranger VS1782 WT:
Extra-Strong All-Welded Multi-Species Angler
The Ranger VS1782 WT is a multi-species fishing platform with a molded fiberglass console and high windshields that should keep out spray and cold wind on rough days. She's an all-welded vee-hull built of .125 gauge aluminum, thicker than that used in some competitors of equal LOA and so considerably tougher when it comes to bouncing off stumps or sliding up on a gravel beach.
Ocean Alexander 90 Motoryacht:
Equipped for World Cruising in Comfort
With 3,000-gallon fuel tankage, the Ocean Alexander 90 Motoryacht is clearly ready for extended cruising. She has a beam of 22'5" (6.83 m) and at 209,000 lbs. (94,800 kg) is the heaviest boat in class – two important reasons why she can handle bigger seas in more comfort than most other boats her size. But she’s got a softer side too.

But CE ratings on boats are much more complex.

We all remember what FDR said about fear, and his sage words apply to this subject as well.
Here’s our advice for the beginner on which boat to select...
