The Maritimo M55.

Maritimo calls its new M55, a “fine balance of power and play.” She was designed as a long-range flying bridge yacht with many of the features from the company’s M-series previous models, including the sharpened exterior lines and extensive entertainment areas.

The Skylounge

A focus was placed on space that can accommodate a family in multiple gathering areas. In another nod toward long-range cruising, the fully enclosed climate-controlled sky lounge has an internal staircase. There’s also a large aft flying bridge deck with a full hardtop.

The skylounge offers a plethora of indoor and outdoor entertainment options.

Main Deck

On deck, Maritimo designed an aft “adventure deck” and cockpit that has an al fresco upper area with easy flow and open walkways. An optional garage can accommodate a 3.0 meter (9.84’) tender. Moving into the salon, the feeling is open and airy, thanks to Maritimo’s two-stage sliding windows that create an indoor/outdoor scenario.

The cockpit and swim platform are open for entertainment and include a wetbar.

The salon is designed for entertaining with plenty of seating and full-height windows.

Accommodations

Belowdecks, headroom is emphasized. Two of the three cabins have en suite heads and the master features a full-beam layout with a king berth while the bow stateroom has an offset queen island.

The master stateroom has large hullside windows with storage on one side and a lounge opposite.

Notice how little space a personal watercraft would take on the swim platform.
