Glacier Bay: 2740 Has $10k Rebate
It is Miami Boat Show time but you don't have to actually go to the show to get a $10,000 factory rebate on a Glacier Bay 2740 powered by twin Yamaha engines -- you can get the deal at any authorized Glacier Bay dealer so long as the transaction is consummated by February 28, 2011. The company calls this its "Bay Bucks" winter show customer loyalty event." Delivery must be made by June 1. If you can make it down to the Miami Boat Show, which starts tomorrow, to see the 2740, there may be even more incentives and treats in store for you at both the Glacier Bay and World Cat displays.

The Power Cat Group, which owns Glacier Bay, will have two of the 2740s on display at the Miami Boat Show. One will be in the Convention Center in booth 112, and the other will be in the water at the Sea Isle Marina. The 2740 at Sea Isle is available for a sea trial from 10am to 6pm Feb 17-21. "Loyalty" Incentives
Recently the company announced that "to show how much we appreciate our customers, we're giving back at the Miami Boat Show." Anyone who buys a World Cat product at the show will receive free accommodations at a 2011 World Cat customer event and travel credits to the show. The transaction must be completed by February 28, 2011 to qualify.
