Brief Summary
Doral has a reputation for building boats that have good handling characteristics, and we set out to test that in the 275 Venezia. She’s designed to accommodate a single or twin engine application, and of course the best way to discover the worst a boat can offer is to go with the single. Our test boat was powered with a 375-hp 496 MAG MerCruiser swinging a Bravo III outdrive. While not the smallest choice, it served well to see how she performed.
