The fuel injected 5.7 L engine has been enhanced for extra horsepower. Over the years, we have tested over 30 boats with the 5.7GXi without catalyst or EVC. The 5.7 GXi’s have proved to be reliable and good performers year after year.
As an example of what this engine is capable of with the SX lower unit, we recorded a top speed of 53.6 mph in the Doral 210 Sunquest. At that speed, she got an impressive 2.42 statute miles per gallon.
Power steering and trim are standard and they are available with SX or DP drives.
