Carver 350 Mariner (Not in Production)
Carver 350 Mariner (Not in Production)
The 350 Mariner should be a strong candidate for anyone looking for a mid-30s motoryacht with a ton of interior and exterior space. During our tests the Mariner held more than 20 adults comfortably.

Key Features

The helm seat slides fore-and-aft and side-to-side so the skipper’s seat becomes a barrel chair once the anchor is down. And to make sure everyone can enjoy at once, the flying bridge comes with no less than 16 drink holders and wetbar with optional icemaker.A double-wide sunpad on the foredeck is standard, as is an entertainment center with 20-inch TV and VCR. Our test boat also featured the new MerCruiser 6.2MX engines which afforded ample room in the engine compartment along with a good turn of speed. Contact: Carver Boats Corporation, P.O. Carver 350 Mariner (Not in Production) Captain's Report

A long time favorite in the Carver fleet is the 350 Mariner, which continues to provide cruisers with exciting possibilities limited only by the imagination. There are many reasons why this boat is one of Carver’s best-selling models.

As a cruising vessel, the 350 Mariner is designed for maximum fun for you and your crew. Boarding is easy and safe from the swim platform and right through to the cockpit via the wide transom door.

Nobody knows how to maximize space better than Carver. The cockpit is roomy enough for a few deck chairs and a small table for those special times at anchor, but the flying bridge is already set up for al fresco-dining and relaxing.

Inside the salon the entertainment center is decked out with a 20-inch television, VCR, and stereo, and below it, in its own cabinet is the electrical distribution panel. There is a ladder in the salon that provides direct access to the bridge deck in inclement weather and the hatch overhead is tinted and screened.

For meal prep, the galley has plenty of drawer and cabinet storage as well as a full-size dual voltage refrigerator/freezer, two-burner electric stove, coffee maker, and microwave. With all the room here, serving everything from a simple snack to a dinner for six will be easy.

With a pair of MerCruiser 6.2 MX engines for power, this 350 Mariner turned in a top speed of 30.7 mph at 4800 rpm. Her best cruise turned out to be 25.1 mph at 4000 rpm giving a range of nearly 200 miles.
